To provide every guest with the highest level of service and dedicated appointment time, please review the following policies before booking.
CONSULTATIONS
Hair Extension Consultation — $150
Hair Loss / Cranial Prosthesis Consultation — $150
Consultation fees cover the professional time, expertise, assessment, and planning provided during your appointment.
RETAINERS & CUSTOM ORDERS
A non-refundable retainer may be required to reserve transformation appointments and/or order custom hair.
Retainers are applied toward the scheduled service or custom hair order but are non-refundable.
Because extensions, closures, toppers, wigs, cranial prostheses, and other specialty hair may be custom ordered specifically for you, all hair sales are final once ordered.
CARD ON FILE & 7-DAY RESCHEDULING POLICY
A valid credit or debit card is required to book and must remain on file.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 7 days’ notice are subject to a 50% service charge.
Cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to a 100% service charge.
By booking, you authorize JW Styling to charge the card on file for any applicable fees under this policy. Rescheduling does not waive the fee.
APPOINTMENT REMINDERS & CONFIRMATIONS
Appointment reminders and confirmations are provided as a courtesy. Clients are responsible for keeping track of their scheduled appointments regardless of whether a reminder or confirmation is received.
Failure to receive or respond to a reminder does not waive the cancellation or rescheduling policy.
LATE ARRIVALS
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule if there is not enough time to safely and properly complete the service.
For services billed hourly, appointment time is reserved specifically for you and charges may be based on the time originally scheduled.
HAIR EXTENSIONS & SPECIALTY HAIR
JW Styling works with carefully selected professional hair and systems to maintain quality and consistency.
Outside hair is not accepted for installation.
Custom-ordered extensions, closures, toppers, wigs, cranial prostheses, and specialty hair are final sale.
Color and texture may vary slightly because human hair is a natural product.
MAINTENANCE
Proper maintenance is required to protect both your natural hair and your investment.
Mesh and Meshless Integration maintenance is generally required every 4–6 weeks.
Following the recommended maintenance schedule and home-care instructions is the client’s responsibility.

JW Styling provides non-medical cosmetic hair services and hair-loss solutions. JW Styling does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical conditions, and services are not a substitute for evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment by a licensed healthcare provider.
Clients experiencing hair loss, scalp conditions, irritation, unexplained shedding, or other medical concerns should consult an appropriate licensed healthcare provider.
Any information provided by JW Styling regarding hair loss, scalp health, cranial prostheses, or related services is for general informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice.
INSURANCE / HSA / FSA
Some insurance plans may provide coverage or reimbursement for a cranial prosthesis when medically necessary. Clients are responsible for checking directly with their insurance provider regarding eligibility, coverage, documentation, and reimbursement requirements.
JW Styling does not bill insurance or guarantee reimbursement.
HSA/FSA may be accepted for eligible cranial prosthesis purchases with appropriate medical documentation. Eligibility is determined by your individual plan.
PAYMENTS & FEES
Credit/debit card and financing/payment processing fees may apply. Applicable fees will be disclosed at the time of payment.

CLIENT POLICY ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By booking an appointment with JW Styling, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to the salon policies outlined above, including the cancellation and rescheduling policy, card-on-file authorization, custom-order and final-sale terms, maintenance requirements, medical disclaimer, and payment policies.
I understand that appointment reminders are provided as a courtesy and that I remain responsible for my scheduled appointment.
I understand and authorize JW Styling to charge my card on file for applicable cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show fees in accordance with the policies stated above.
